An Honest Distinction First
Some contractors imply a “10-year guarantee” is a code or a standard. It is not, and we will not say it is. Our 10-year cover is a commercial workmanship warranty — our own written promise, with a defined scope — that if our workmanship causes a defect within the period, we return and make it good at no labour charge. We separate that clearly from manufacturer warranties on components and from your obligations as the owner, and we put all of it in writing on handover.
